Ingredients
  

  • 100 GMS/ Maida
  • 25 GMS/ Curd
  • 200 ML/ Water
  • 300 GMS/ Ghee
  • 300 GMS/ Sugar
  • 20GMS/ Khaman

Instructions
 

  • First Step:
    is to prepare khaman, or fermented solution.
    Preparation: Khaman: Mix maida and curd; keep it aside for 8 hours for fermentation.
    100 GMS/ Maida, 25 GMS/ Curd, 200 ML/ Water
  • Second Step:
    Take a utensil, add the remaining flour, ghee, and water, and mix well until the batter is smooth and easy to pour, then add khaman and mix again to make a smooth batter.

  • Third Step:
    Heat the khdai and add the ghee. Now, pour batter into the jalabi maker or piping bag if you don't have a jalabi maker. Now, make jalabi. Start making the jalabi shape from the centre and end by making the jalabi shape. Make all the jalabi with high-heated ghee only.
  • Fourth Step:
    Make a sugar syrup. To make one-string sugar syrup, combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Set it aside for a rest. Dip all of the fried jalabi in it to soak up the scup. Once the sugar syrup has been soaked, remove it immediately.
