Ingredients

  • 1000 ML/ Milk
  • 300 GSM/ Sugar
  • 300 ML/ Water
  • 2 TBS/ 1 P/ Vinegar/ Lemon

Instructions

  • •Step one: Take a vessel, pour milk into it and heat it; Now dissolve one lemon or two tablespoons of vinegar in water and then add it to the boiling milk so that it curdles. Take as much vinegar or lemon as is needed to curdle the milk. Once the milk curdles, strain it immediately and wash it very gently to remove all the vinegar or lemon used to curdle the milk.
    1000 ML/ Milk, 2 TBS/ 1 P/ Vinegar/ Lemon
  • • Second Step: Take curdled milk and mash it until it forms a smooth paste, then make small balls, ensuring that all balls have no cracks on them.
  • Third Step: To make one string of sugar syrup, combine water and sugar in a saucepan and put it on the flame. Once the syrup is ready, slowly add all of the balls into the sugar syrup so that the syrup does not become cold from the addition. Rasgulas are ready in 20 minutes; set aside to cool.
    300 ML/ Water, 300 GSM/ Sugar

Notes

Once the milk starts boiling, be careful not to boil it for too long; Instead, turn off the heat and let the milk cool slightly, but not too much; Otherwise, we have to boil it again; We only need to wait a few minutes, like 3or 4, but not more than that.
