Gulab jamun
Gulab jamuns are very rich in test elegant, and part of all most every celebration in India.
Ingredients
- 200 GM Khoya
- 50 gm Curdle Milk
- 300 GMS Sugar
- 300 ML Ghee
- One pinch Cardamom
- 1 tbs Baking Soda
Instructions
- Step one; Take khoya, add curdled milk and cardamom powder, and mix well with baking soda until it becomes smooth dough like chapati or pizza bread.
- Second Step; make small ball
- Third step; Fry all balls in ghee
- Fourth Step; Make one string of sugar syrup and add a fried ball to it.
Notes
Do not put a spoon in the pan of Gulab jamun; otherwise, it will break them. Let them cool down first, then serve.
