200 GM
Khoya
50 gm
Curdle Milk
300 GMS
Sugar
300 ML
Ghee
One pinch
Cardamom

Baking Soda
Instructions
Step one; Take khoya, add curdled milk and cardamom powder, and mix well with baking soda until it becomes smooth dough like chapati or pizza bread.
Second Step; make small ball
Third step; Fry all balls in ghee
Fourth Step; Make one string of sugar syrup and add a fried ball to it.
Notes
Do not put a spoon in the pan of Gulab jamun; otherwise, it will break them. Let them cool down first, then serve.
