Gaundka ka Ladoo is a traditional Indian sweet that is often made during the wintermonths. It is made using Gaund, which is a resin obtained from the bark of theaxle wood tree, and is believed to have numerous health benefits.

- 1 Cup Gaund (resin)
- 1 Cup whole wheat flour
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
- 1 Cup ghee
- 1/2 Cup Dry Fruits (chopped almonds, chopped cashews, raisins)
- 1 tbsp cardamom powder
- 4 tbsp Ghee
Put 4 tablespoons of ghee in a pan to roast the raisins on low heat until they puff up and turn golden brown. Remove it from the pan and allow it to cool.

In a separate pan, heat the ghee and add the whole wheat flour. Roast on low heat until it turns golden brownand gives off a nutty aroma.

Add the powdered sugar, chopped almonds, cashews, raisins, and cardamom powder to the pan and mix well.

Turn off the heat and add thepowdered gaundto the mixture. Mix well to combine.
Allow the mixture to coolslightly and then shape it into small balls (ladoos)using your hands.
Store the gaundka ladooin an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
Be careful when put gaund in pan to puff because it get burnt easily so, don’t heat ghee too much
